By using the My Sudoku application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

My Sudoku is a puzzle game that allows users to play Sudoku at various difficulty levels. The App is provided free of charge for personal and educational use.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security: If you create an account, you must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
Authorized Use: You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security features of the App.
Fair Use: You agree not to use the App for any commercial purpose without express written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victor Burtman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, graphics, and animations, is the exclusive property of Victor Burtman. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
